Replace Cigarette Lighter Outlet
Hey folks..
Has anyone replaced the dash/console cigarette lighter outlet with a USB charger such as this? https://www.amazon.com/Charger-Voltm.../dp/B0C1RPZ6KQ If so, any caveats??

Would like to know as well, and does anyone have an easy to de install the factory one? Also where the heck is the fuse for this?
My front socket is not working but the one in the rear passenger compartment is working. |

The fuse index chart will have the layout of the front & rear fuse box with the fuse's number in each box and position in the box. It also gives the amperage of each fuse which can help find it (by color since fuses of the same amperage are the same color). Then there's the cursed icons that represent the fuses with their numbered locations in the fuse boxes. Look for the same icon that is on the cig lighter sockets...if they are blank, pull them up in the owners manual and the icon used in the manual (and on the buttons and switches) are the same icons used on the fuse index chart.

If you use an iPhone, I would say not to do this personally. I bought and quickly returned it, the wireless is VERY slow. This charger maxes out at 7.5w for wirelessly charging iPhones vs using a usb-c cable with an adaptor to get 20w speeds
