Hi Shawn,
I am very new to the Bimmer coding scene using E-sys, but want to try to get the Euro Spec coding for my F15 Adaptive LED light. Can you please give me guidance and linkz to the necessary apps for coding my F15 for anti-dazzle? And does it work for the G07 also? Thank you!

Hey Guys

I have read and watched a lot of videos and one from Bimdoc on how to code and searched an dread a lot on this page

Tried to code "easy in out" but was stuck at BDC_BODY

This is what I did

Expert Mode - coding - read - save (to desktop) - clicked ecu - BDC_BODY- CAFD_000017BE right click and read code data - then i expanded it in yellow below to and it is supposed to say i think "Edit NCD" from video I saw however I do not have that option i just get <SvtComapreView.edit.fdl.name> instead

Wondering where I went wrong in the process. All I am trying to do is code Easy in Out and from searching this thread it is supposed to be

BDC_BODY > 30C0 ElecricSteeringWheelAdjust, 10 > Funktionen > V_MAX_AKTIVER_EINSTIEG_AKTIV

and

BDC_BODY > 30C0 ElectricSteeringWheelAdjust, 10 > Funktionen > V_MAX_DEAKTIVIER_EINSTIEG_AKTIV

But i see this none of this when I go do BDC_BODY

Any help is appreciated as I am off for a few days so wanted to get a few coding done.

Search the whole CAFD for FDL Codes, not just section 30C0.

OK I went back to and right clicked

BDC_BODY- CAFD_000017BE

then read code data

under BDC_BODY- CAFD_000017BE it then had in yellow

CAFD_000017BE_082_010_019

I right clicked that and it had SvtComapreView.edit.fdl.name

I clicked on that and it indicates "No EST File chosen"

Hi Shawn,

I’m new to coding (been registered for a while but not done anything), is it possible to get the links to the coding apps so I can start to make simple change to my X5?

Thank you

Lightbulb GFHB

Hey guys,

Fresh F15 owner, vehicle got imported from Canada to EU.
I want to add GFHB and VLD, can you help me with the coding tools, I can't seem to find them anywhere.

Something else, I found a PDF with instructions stating 2 approaches, pre 2015 and post 2015 cars. It states that I need to change a bunch of parameters, is that required or the cheat sheets will do that for me?

Thanks in advance!

Hi guys,

I did encounter an issue activating GFHB on my F15.
I've followed the steps from a youtube video that removed 5AP and 8S4 from VO and then flashed BDC_Body, FLE(43), FLE(44), KAFAS2.

So far so good, edited the FDL for KAFAS2 enabling "High Beam Glare" and coded. When I read the data again, everything is as I set it.

https://ibb.co/nLHv2hj

Then proceeded to FLE(43) and FLE(44). FLE(43) I enabled F15 GFHB and Turn off DRL dim(side note).

Wrote it and everything is good.

https://ibb.co/jV69vKx

The story continues with FLE(44) or the right headlight. Same procedure, but when I read it back after coding I get the GFHB option disabled.

https://ibb.co/ys4Xp7n

I tried multiple times, adding back the codes, VO coding and repeated the procedure.
Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

When I preview the cheat codes I can't see the values that the PDF suggests. Instead I see the following:

https://ibb.co/RyFb2Dq

Thanks in advance!

Thanks!
