connecting a smartphone for music via bluetooth?
This may be a silly question, but I've tried syncing my iphone with other cars like Ford or Kia via bluetooth and it is a matter of seconds to get the smartphone play music through the car, but for whatever reason, I can't find the sync button on the F15.
Can someone tell me how it's done please? Thank you |

I've never owned a ford or a Kia so I am not sure what the sync button does. But if you just want to stream music from your phone via Bluetooth you can navigate to multimedia->external devices-> Bluetooth audio in iDrive (assuming the phone is paired with the car already).

Syncing is very easy with a smart phone for Bluetooth audio. Did you tick the Bluetooth audio option just to confirm? Tried another smartphone? Last edited by Bimar; 12-27-2014 at 12:45 PM.. Reason: Added X3 Bluetooth audio thread |

What's the next step if that didn't work? and...if the Android works, what does it tell me about the brand new iPhone5 that is not working? |
