Never put that much down on a lease. If something happens to vehicle (total,theft,fire etc) you are out whatever you put down on the vehicle!

I think thats a lot of money for monthly payment.Someone mention here for $115K MSRP got $1400 monthly payment but $1800+ is definitely a lot based on this sale price

Honestly, I think that's a horrible deal.

For that MSRP you should be at about 1400 a month with only first month and DMV out

Yep, then it is not an issue. Curious to see if anyone purchased without lease or finance and still received the incentive. After speaking with a few people it appears this is no longer available unless you lease or finance.

I received official word and the current loyalty incentive is through BMW Financial Services. It is not a BMW/NA discount or factory incentive. It will only be applied on Finance and Lease vehicles. Everyone else need not consider.

I guess I was more questioning residual and MF. I got different quotes than what was posted above. 59% and 166 MF 36/10.
