Good paint job recommendation in NY

Hello would appreciate some input for a competent shop in NY for my inlaw whos trying to respray his bumper on a X5 in mineral white seems this color is hard to match from what Ive been told by my shop here in Florida.

Highline in Flushing is pretty great and I hear they’re the shop BMW manhattan farms out their body work to.

I had them do a bumper respray after a garage sideswiped my x5 and it came back flawless.

That said I called them once a year or so ago about doing some light work on other dents and at the time they mentioned they were only taking on insurance work...
