CODE M Carplay activation problem

Hello! I bought the BMW Apple Carplay Easy Activation from CODE M, and the activation worked (not the widescreen version). But after the coding, there is no gear indicator anymore, nor the gear shift indicator in sport mode. I contacted them but they said the coding should not have affected that, and that they could not help. Has anyone had any similar issue? Thank you so much in advance if someone can help!
