Does anyone know if the parking assistant feature can be added to a car that has the driver assistant an driver assistant plus packages?

It can be added but you need the parking assistance module, 2x sensors on the front wheel arches and wiring loom, plus coding.

Everything is possible, all depends how much money you are willing to spend. I personally would not invest in this retrofit, not worth the money IMO.
