Did you guys black out this part or just leave it chrome? If you did black it out how did you do it?

Just painted my rounders with gloss black paint with primer ($5 at lowes). Also did it on my e92. They came out great!!

I am not so versed at DIY projects. Was there a special type of primer and/or paint that you used? I assume you removed the roundels, painted them, replaced the double sided tape, and then reattached the roundels. Is that about right? $230 for a set at IND seems a little high so thinking about DIY even though I don't have the confidence in my abilities lol.
