X6 F16 rear fog lights

I have already purchase the switch and coded , but I'm missing something. Do we need to change the rear lights itself or with the switch and code it works? Or need to add the rear bumper lights also. Someone told me here( Spain) that the rear fog light is located in the lower bumper in both sides. Where we have the reflective red piece.

According to real OEM F16 does have rear fog light in the bumper:

So basically if you don't have wiring to the rear bumper reflectors. Or if they are just reflectors. You'll need to purchase the housings and the harness
