Note: "Read SVT" is not working for me, so I have to use "Read ECU".

Thanks
Read (ECU, ≠ SVT): All BDC_BODY vehicles [X1 (F048), X5 & X6 (F15/F16/F85/F86), I3 & I8 (I001/I012), & new Gxx]

You need to update E-sys Launcher to display descriptors

Can you clarify the first part? Are you saying I can only use Read ECU for my vehicle?

I'm using E-sys 3.28.1 premium launcher. Is that the correct version?

Yes. Read SVT & FA, pulls information from Vehicle Configuration Management (VCM). But, newer vehicles with large ECU modules (ie any with BDC_Body), must "Read (ECU)," which instead pulls data directly from ECU's.

3.28.1 is latest E-sys. Premium 2.6.2 and Pro 2.6.3 are latest Launchers.
There are no unmapped, Fxx-, Ixx-, or Gxx-series, ECU's.

Hey Dan, dazzle means to blind a person temporarily, which can only mean that anti-dazzle blinds somebody permanently!

430/431 Power mirrors have Anti-Dazzle to auto-dim and minimize blinding. Headlamps take it a step further to tunnel an minimize dazzling others.

Almaretto, do you know if theres a way to turn off my front drls when light setting is in the middle? So all the exterior lights are off "blackout". And when i turn light setting one right to parking lights, can fog lights be coded to be able to turn on when lights are only on drl setting and not fill headlight or Auto?

I am not exactly sure what you are trying to accomplish, but....

Angel eyes have different settings under different conditions. The 'ON/OFF' toggle for DRL's is in idrive if you have option 8TN (factory on US vehicles or can be coded). If it is night, position zero should turn off all lights.

You can code ability to toggle fog lights with high beams &/or parking lights. This is the way EU vehicles are coded from factory.

As far as I know, if you code fogs to automatically turn on, it disables ability to toggle them on/off.

Beyond that, if you have Xenons or LED's, you can individually code various light components for desired brightness as well as off.

Or you could code head unit to give you toggle option.
