Door Chime and Auto Unlock Help

Had our X5 for awhile and am stumped on a couple of irritating settings I hope someone can help with.

1) How do I turn the volume of the door chime down? Locking and unlocking is quite loud.

2) Where is the setting to have all doors unlock when the driver and from passenger doors are opened? Currently only the door that's opened will unlock.

Thanks in advance.

You can code all this using BimmerCode.

Idrive settings. There is an option for sound and an option for door locks.

Thanks for the help. Unfortunately I'm just not seeing an option for it.

The biggest one is all of the doors not unlocking when you get out of the car.

I don't want to kill the door chime altogether, just keep it from being so obnoxious.

The doors/locks menu (photo attached) is where I thought both of these might live.

Mind sharing turn by turn directions here for me?

You can change the volume only by coding it. Same with which doors to unlock.

I'll double check the sound menu.

Otherwise, some of you are telling me these changes can only be coded?

Just to have all doors unlock when I step out of the car?

Thanks for the input so far.

For the lock chime volume you definitely need coding. It is not an option in the iDrive. I had to code mine too. You can find details somewhere in the coding thread but this is basically what needs to be coded:
FZD 3001 LIN_SINE Buzzer level high initwert,level_3 level_10(MAX)
FZD 3001 LIN_SINE Buzzer frequency werte=8F Min 7D~ Max AF
FZD 3001 LIN_SINE Buzzer duration werte=0A Min 01~ Max FF

As far as unlocking, the newer iDrive has a specific flag for this option you can see in the video below at 0:25. I believe you have an older version of iDrive. I am not sure in you case, but it might require coding as well.
