Wraping - Trim Hexagon Aluminum?
I have done some wraping before on black solid trims, anybody tried to wrap those hexagon alu´s?

Many here have wrapped door trim pieces without taking it apart you can use 3M knifeless tape if your not handy with a blade only thing i'd recommend taking apart is the center dash piece which is easy.

Texture on the hex pattern may show even with a thick wrap, but worth a try.
Doors are easy to wrap, just get comfortable with applying just enough pressure on the knife when cutting the wrap. Before cutting, heat the wrap, once it’s on the trim, with your finger nail follow the space between the trims. When the wrap cools (only cut when wrap has cooled), slowly guide the knife along that indentation. |
