replacing/painting front bumper & rocker panels

Hello,
Since I bought my car in 2017 as a used vehicle, I've wanted to replace and paint the front bumper with a new one as it looks like there was a parking lot repair done prior to my ownership. I'm also wanting to add a CF splitter and have the entire front bumper filmed after the new paint cures. It got me thinking, how hard are the rocker panels to remove to also have them painted at the same time the new bumper is sprayed? My rocker panels, like everyone elses, are beat to hell and my car is alpine white so its def noticeable.

Since the brand new bumper will be sprayed on its own before its installed I am really hoping that the removal of the rocker panels isn't too difficult

thanks in advance for the guidance

Mike
