Brake Rotors/Pad

Looking to replace rotors/pads on my 2015 X5 F15 and was looking for some guidance.
Should I stick w/stock, or are there any nice aftermarket ones that you're aware of? Have been doing a lot of market research, and there are some nice-looking aftermarket ones, i.e. vented, cross drilled etc. Just a bit reluctant when existing brakes work really well.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Do not want to spend 1000s for M Performance or other similar after market ones.

After going several after-market routes, and since you said stock are fine! I would stick with OEM.

Even if you want to save money with after market, its not worth it. I have run into many problems going with cheaper alternatives such as really really annoying squeal, less breaking especially initial bite, and some steering wheel vibration.
