Yes, but when the factory warranty expires, there are many items that will no longer be covered, even though it is a CPO.

Here is what will not be covered... http://cpo.bmwusa.com/Content/docs/B...NotCovered.pdf

Yea.... but that’s true with any vehicle purchase like ever....

I haven’t heard of a manufacturer warranty that covers bumper to bumper for the entire life of the vehicle.....

Just wanted to make sure you understood that because based on your wording below it sounded like you thought it would be covered.

You’re just not making any sense, man.

Door handle was covered under original BMW warranty, wheel corrosion would be covered under CPO/100,000 mile warranty, as many on here have filed claims and scooped up new wheels. My factory warranty is good until Oct 2019, my CPO is actually good until 2021 I think.

Either way, none of this matters. You're not going to find many folks who prefer a salvaged title X5 over a CPO X5 purchased from the BMW dealership. You just won't.

Yeah you are probably right and that BMW CPO document that says they are not covered is probably wrong.

"We experienced the same issue with our previous 2011 X3, this was on all alloys and in year 4 of ownership, BMW changed all alloys for free even after warranty, your dealer should work on getting the same, it is simply out of order for this to happen this soon"

BMW covers 12 years/unlimited miles for corrosion.
