What cell phone are you using to code? I was using an iPhone 7plus running iOS 11 but I just got the iPhone X so I'm going to try that tomorrow. Also, SCA just pointed out that the Bimmercode on iOS just got updated with bug fixes and iOS 11 compatibility.

I was using the same phone as you but now I am using the iPhone X.
After emailing BimmerCode the issues I was having, they said to try out the new Vgate module iCar Pro wifi.
The Pro version worked without any issues on the iPhone X.

I tried many times coding my HUD in order to see the turn signals without any luck, my car has the 6WB option, it seems to be incompatible, is that right?

with 6WB, you cannot have signals in HIS.

I had them then swapped to 6WB, and no more.

m_hud is for ///M vehicles to display RPM in HUD. You cannot have that without special cluster.

I'm trying to use bimmercode to prevent my remote from opening the tailgate by accident (key in pocket). There are some new tailgate module / expert options in bimmercode. Has anyone had success setting new values for HKL_REMOTECONTROLLLIFTGATEBUTTON_LONGPRESS_OPEN ?

Just ordered the WiFi adapter and installed BimmerCode. BimmerLink is 26.99. Did this used to be free? Not that I mind paying. Just wondering.

Don't know about the past, but with the adapter, Bimmercode app, and Bimmerlink we're in for what, around $75.

Best $75 i spent in a long time

Totally agreed... however I'm still wanting few things that's not yet possible with app (or maybe developer can add it as in-app-purchase)

- Anti-Dazzle Lights
- Automatically turn on fog lights with headlights.
- Additional interior mood lightning colors

Android version is cheaper, and not trying to start the whole iOS vs Google debate..

But agreed app is amazing for what it can be used for.

I am able to open up Bimmercode and each module, however everytime I code a module my VLink connection drops. I had that issue today. Here's what I did.

My car has CarPlay so I went to the WiFi for CarPlay and turned auto-join 'off'.

Then I put my phone on airplane mode and turned on WiFi. Connect to the adapter WiFi and everything was smooth sailing from there. It also may or may not help to have all other apps closed.
