X5 35d Want EGT and trans temp gauges/monitoring

We tow a lot with our 2015 35D, and I am addicted to knowing what exhaust gas temps and tranny temps I am experiencing while towing - lots of mountain passes. Gotta mention that we love the beast, coming from a VW Toureg gasser that was our favorite tow vehicle.

I've added both sensors/gauges to my diesel trucks in the past, but that was easy: drill and tap exhaust, and tap into trans plug.

Anyone know of a gauge that accesses the info I need through the BMW sensors? I've read that the 35D has three pre-turbo gas sensors (??? true???), and I should mention that I want pre-turbo gas temp. Gauges on the dash are mandatory - no phone apps.

If not, anyone add gauges by installing sensors, and if so, how involved a project is it? I haven't dug into the engine yet, and not sure how to expose the exhaust manifold.
