ER upper and lower charge pipe (black finish); concerns about passing CA emissions?
I am planning to buy both upper and lower Evolution Racewerks charge pipes in black finish for 2015 BMW X5 N55 xDrive.
The engine is stock and will be stock. Have to thank r33_RGSport for invaluable advice. Did anyone have any issues passing CA emissions tests? Hopefully, black non OEM parts will not attract any attention. |

I would hope not but I'm not in CA. A pile of cracked open plastic tubes and the overrich condition are without a doubt a threat to clean air. Does the catalog descriptions for these mention CARB #?

https://www.evolutionracewerks.com/node/243 There are no concerns about passing the emissions test - the vehicle is stock. It's the visual inspection that is a concern. Appreciate all feedback from CA residents. |
