Gov. stopps selling X5M in South Korea
Hi,
don't know if you hear about it but goverment in South Korea has stopped sale of X5M. BMW submitted docs of X6M to register X5M. There are only little differences between X5M and X6M so BMW tried to keep it simple. In Nov' 16 there was a further inspection and now they forbidden to sell it. BMW has to re-register this model for sale in South Korea. src: http://www.bimmertoday.de/2017/01/02...kauf-sudkorea/ Sorry, it's a german article. |

I live in South Korea and I own a 2015 X5M. I have not seen any other since I have been here for year. I have seen one X 5 5.0 M diesel engine. I worry if I have an issue will they be able to fix it?

They're able. They have to create new documents instead of copies of X6M and re-register it. BMW was able to register cars in past years to why they shouldn't manage this too
