Drives: BMW X5 and BMW 7 Series

Hey guys, sometimes when I’m backing up in Reverse there’s this loud sound and the A/C Shuts off automatically. The sound occurs sometimes but is only being heard in the Interior not Exterior. The car is a 2016 BMW X5 xDrive 35i with 116k miles and a recent Service was done about 3 Months ago. And no lights are on the Dashboard and I’m getting no codes. Any guesses?
