Dealer Service Records?

I want to purchase another F15 but the local dealer won't release service records to me because I don't own it. Do any of you have a local dealer or another source that might assist? Or another idea?

If you have VIN number you can add it to your CarFax garage and see all the maintenance records reported to carfax.You can also ask current owner to pull records from the dealer.
