2015 50i CPO

Hello everyone. New member here looking for my 1st BMW. Private seller asking $38,000 for a 2015 Xdrive 50i with 36k Miles. Cold weather package, park assist , 20" Black M Wheels. It has a remaining transferable CPO warranty until Oct 2020. Carfaxed and it was a lease vehicle for 3 years and then sold last year as a CPO with 24k Miles. Was just wondering if the price is right. Offered him 37k and he said nooo way lol. Thanks everyone.

That seems like a very fair price. What other options does it have? I just picked up a FULLY loaded 2015 50i with 58k miles for $34k. No warranty. Extended warranty itself for 2 years is worth $2k-$3k. Where's it located?
