Very good deal. Would you mind sharing location and dealer details? I'm starting to build a 2017 X5 35D and the max am able to get so far is 6% off of MSRP.

No DMV fees included as the car is being shipped by dealer from another state.
I passed on this car for a couple reasons. Dealer would not pay shipping and I didn't want all the options (Like RES and 20" summer tires). PM me if you want contact info for the dealer/sales guy. I think it's a great price and he was great to deal with.
Can you pm me the info? What color is the car?

+ Mocha Interior Design Package (Mocha Nappa Leather)
+ Premium Package (Mocha Nappa, Keyless, Satellite, 4zone Climate)

I picked up a dealer demo (2965 miles) 2016 X5 40e with nothing but MSD down for 520/mo on a 15k 3yr lease. I believe it is an awesome deal. Thank you again as I moved over from the dark side, I was an MB owner for quite a while now and this is my firs BMW.

It looks like excess miles (leased car) are now 25 cents instead of 20 cents. Any idea what the new buy rate is prior to lease end? It was 16 cents before.

Did you buy or lease? Does the final price take into account of $4585 federal tax credit? If buying, there is only $1000 incentive from BMW, vs. $4000 incentive for leasing.

Cash purchase. The price I gave is just for the car. The price is after all applicable BMW incentives have been deducted. They told me $1,000 corporate fleet and $2,000 for options or something like that. They could not give me the additional$1,000 lease credit because it's not a lease. Does not include destination, dealer fees, taxes, registration. The federal EV tax credit is not part of this price.

While it may not be possible to negotiate to any given price on a particular vehicle, I have been told by a former domestic dealership owner that 12% off of MSRP is a good deal on ANY make. He told me to walk away from any deal less than 10% off MSRP, and that below-invoice on a "fresh" car is still profitable for the dealership because of the way the dealership/dealer relationship functions.
Obviously the dealership has less incentive to negotiate on "hot" vehicles. That said, they should have reason to negotiate on the F15 with the new model due out next year.

100% agree. Just got 10% off w/o any negotiation through an out of state dealer who is a forum sponsor. Just need to be ready to buy. PM me for the contact if interested.

I got my 2016 X5 after a week of negotiations. At first I got 10.5% and then got them to get down to 11.3%. Then another offered 12% and finally one of them countered with 12.65% below MSRP. With 0.9% for 72mo, I had to go for it. I don't think I've ever gotten a BMW that low. Lucky?

That's a good deal on a leftover 16. Not lucky just timely. Plus you get 4 years paid maintenance. I couldn't find the exact spec I wanted hence ended up ordering a 17. Key is to shop near and far for the best deal.

Is there a MI or IL dealer recommendation? Looking to get a CPO or might buy new for the right price. Thanks.

I'm negotiating on a 2017 X5 50i.
- Space Gray
- Driver Assistance Plus
- Exec Pkg
- M Sport Pkg with M Suspension
- 20" 469 rims black
- front vent seats
- apple carplay
- space saver spare

MSRP is approx. $84k

Dealer is offering $4k off plus a $1.5k incentive I get for a total of $5.5 off MSRP (6.5% off). Right now I'm working on getting more in the range of 7.5%+.

Comments on the offer and any negotiating tactics would be appreciated. Also, do you know if incentives come up later when I take delivery whether those would get stacked on? (I am ordering the truck).

Thanks in advance.
