Don't have production number yet. When I was getting my m235 it took about 3-1/2 month, so I expect the same time frame for this one.

X6M's are manufactured here in South Carolina so once you get your production number you should be receiving it within a few weeks not months.

You may have just missed it. I think I put my order in early December and got my production number last week and the car is supposed to be ready by the end of January. I was told that you are supposed to get it on or around the 10th of the month so you should definitely have yours by Feb 15th.

You might want to confirm with your dealer that they actually have an allocation for your car. Otherwise, they may have spent the last month trying to secure an allocation. Your order doesn't go in to BMW's system until the dealer has an allocation. Some dealers will take an order on a car that they aren't actually able to place yet... I'd ask them!

it doesnt take that long for production number which is given in few days after you place order.

i would go back to dealership, get your deposit back and go somewhere else.

It took me a month to get mine. The facility was closed in December and early January for the holidays. I would check with the dealer for sure and wait until mid February.

closed for holidays can delay production, delivery etc in which is understandable.

a month without a production number is too long.

Unless the dealership is waiting for similar spec car to pop up in their inventory for that area/zip code or along east coast.

Finally have production number able to track it. It's still in production begins status, so I think it's still a good several weeks away at best.

Just got my production number after waiting ten days. It may have been available a little before that. I emailed my rep yesterday and he sent it to me.

My f85 was built on a Friday and was at my dealer in NJ on the next Friday
