Issues on F15

Anyone have any problem with Battery consumption on this vehicle?

I have a new battery ( 1 year old ) and 1 week without start the car and the infotaiment said me that battery are discharged.

Any idea about it?

Utilize bmw approved trickle charger and connect to negative & positive terminal bolts in the engine bay.

The smart charging system on these vehicles does not apply much current from the alternator under most driving circumstances. Only while coasting or light braking will it send juice to the batteries.

If you don't drive it that often, or very far, I'd hook it up to a trickle charger as mentioned above.

100% - I installed two new and fully charged batteries recently along with a status light (green/yellow/red) attached at the posts. Full green after the install. Drove a very short 8min drive over to a friend's house, then came back home a couple hours later. The small battery was flashing RED (needs charge to start).
