Here in Canada the module is on back order
And the harness is $345 and the module is $300. I’d rather not buy the module if it isn’t needed. Plus they want $200 to program it. Thanks

I know this is an old post, but what was your resolution to this?

I've got an x15 with Curt Hitch + Tekonsha Universal module that I've used for years, but now I've bought a much bigger boat - 4000 lbs dry weight with a brake controller.

Now I need to either add yet another universal rear light splice control to convert 4 pins in to 5, or go back to the drawing board and get the OEM harness + control module. Either that, or sell this thing and get a truck, which I don't really want to do with used prices of trucks these days.
