If you think just because you spent six figures for a car that means you're going to get a car that is 100% perfect (doesn't exist) and service that reflects the same you're crazy. We (M owners) make up an extremely small portion of BMW as a whole. I have had BMW's for years and all I do is create punch lists between maintenance intervals and take it in if something crazy happens.

Just fix it, take it in or live with it. If you're having all these issues consult a lawyer or take the screws to BMW. Trust me when I say if you pressure them enough they will do the right thing. They aren't just going to break for every little thing that every customer has.

If that doesn't work then don't spend six figures on a high performance luxury vehicle. Buy a used Honda from Carmax and you won't feel as bad.

I'll repeat what many members asked you to do multiple times:

Why can't you post a photo of the multiple work orders? Post copies from various dealerships

You have no credibility dude and it shows in your comment style. You avoid posting facts and just post things that you want - it's a one way road and not many here are willing to take it

Just because you can't see it, don't believe its not happening.

I understand you want proof, for what though? Do you drive an X5M? Why stick up for this vehicle so much? do you have stock shares ?

I'm just trying to see if these issues are common issues and connect with other X5M drivers about their experience.

No reason to get personal and try to destroy someones credibility due to what ever feelings your having or lack of information your demanding. Unless you have another agenda? I'm just a car enthusiast that got stuck with a problem vehicle. Just sharing my current BMW experience

it was common, we gave you a resolution and you did not feel that was adequate enough.

you state this has been the issue since new... you have a 2015. you're in the vehicle for three years now... i cannot comprehend the timeline and lack of resolution. something doesn't add up. there is a great deal of missing information from 2015 to 2018.

why do you consistently ignore my questions? we or at least i am trying to assist you and you just keep posting irrelevant information and making snarky remarks about what you think bmw letters stand for. based on your interaction with us here i can see why there hasn't been a dealership that is willing to assist.

This forum has been been better at assisting and answering my questions than actually trained BMW techs and reps. Thank you guys for your time.

Still don't understand why your trying to defend BMW so vehemently. I'm not here to disclose everything yet, Just sharing some of my experience thus far.

All I'm asking to see is if others driving this vehicle are having any of the same issues and I'm surprised some thus far are common issues.

Thank you guys for your time.

Again, three years of being in this vehicle and you only sought information and resolution now. Secondly, nobody is defending the dealerships and if you were a regular you would see many people complain about dealer negligence or dismissal and even disregard. The fact that you do not want to share anything but want answers, solutions or resolutions makes me think this is very similar to the approach you have with the dealerships and why I believe you are receiving this type of treatment from them and evidently why you would rather not post the RO/WO.

I've obtained what I wanted from these forums and this thread, Sharing my experience and reading others; Even answers that BMW couldn't provide. I hope others look at this and think twice about purchasing an X5M or even a BMW for that matter... I know I will never look at them the same.

I'm not hear to appease every forum user. Just saying don't let BMW bully you and I'm happy to share my experience albeit negative with BMW bullying a 10 year + customer instead of fixing a problem vehicle. Don't let multi national corporations push you around because they have more money. Always lawyer up, after doing everything you can to resolve the problem with your local dealer.

Thank you guys for your time , Have a great day. I was happy to share my experience, I hope this helps others with similar situations at the very least. I'll release the documents in about two months if you guys still want to see them then.

Sounds good to me. Send the lien-free title to me and I will arrange for a carrier to pick it up.

It's a leased vehicle, Thank God. Would you like to take over the payment? It will be available soon and I would love to arrange this for you.

It's only about 2,250 USD monthly payment. Please let me know when your ready to pick this vehicle up. I'm in California, for your courier to know. If you do take this car over, I wish you the best.

Would you by chance post a picture of the barely curbed wheel or the tires that wore out at only 5k miles?

Also, unless you lease allows for 40,000 miles per year you got fucked on that lease. I would be pissed off too.

What?! I have a 2 1/2 year lease with 15k miles per year and had $0 drive off and my California payment including the ridiculous taxes is $1,650. I've never heard of a $2,250 payment on an X5M? You just have rolled some negative equity into that!

Something just does not sound right with this and every other statement made without reasonable proof that has been asked for multiple times.

I can assure you that nobody in his/her right mind would take your comments into account when deciding about buying a X5M or a Ford Pinto.

It was around 1,890 and with the negative equity involved it came out to around 2,250 per month. It is a 3 year 12k/miles a year lease, with 3k down.

Thank you for taking your time to share.

Perhaps someone should contact the Service Manager at BMW of Fresno to come on here and share the other half of the story. It would probably help make the entire situation come into focus.

I was sitting in the parking lot in park and these error messages came up. A common occurrence for this vehicle. These errors have been going on intermittently and BMW is unable to diagnose the issue correctly.

Any idea what this could be?

Thank you guys for your feedback, Much appreciated.
