retrofit kit for read tail lights (17 x6 -> '20 x6m)

Are there any retrofit kits to upgrade tail lights from older generation to a newer generation? (similiar to 4series?)

i own a '17 x6m, wondering if i will ever be able to upgrade tail lights to new model x6..

It's a completely different model. Unless you got $20-30K to change entire back end

IMHO, older generation ie yours, looks much better. New one is hideous and ugly af, especially the rear part.

You would need to wait for a manufacturer to make lights in the new style in the shape off the old housing.

Only recent car model that I can think that has had it done would be the VLand taillights for the Lexus IS (2006-2012, and maybe the older RX?) and those were mostly swap and play. I think it would be a little more difficult with our cars (coding) and our cars are a little too "new" for aftermarket tail lights.
