Modding exhaust for 40e
Has anyone tried straight piping their 40e or even trying to install the MPE (which is meant for the 35i) on their 40e? Any feedback is appreciated!

It work just fine but not sure how it would sound. Not all 4 cylinders sound crappy with the right tuned exhaust. The borla does wonders with the mini coopers 4 cylinder. |

With the right muffler (borla, flowmaster, etc) it should sound pretty good. The best way is to go to a custom exhaust shop and try a couple of mufflers before welding one on the system.
