I did make 1 pass on C just to test it. Zero gain. I suspect the X5 50DME is load based. If it is, it does not matter if you piggy the map sensors The Maf reading will rule. Probably why BMS changed their n63tu piggy from map to Maf. Seems like their map based n63tu did not work well. But it's just a guess.

you could be right. I had both versions on my 550 and later went to maf setup. I only dynoed the maf version.

3 more hours to find out.
I am intrigued to do a bench flash tune on my F06. They told me I can get 100+ gain, which will put me close to an M car.

Bench flash would rule. My boost log data shows the DME lowering boost at the shift, etc that could be changed to a linear output for big power. Plus you could change the DME boost slope, targets, etc. like BMW does with the X5M tune. Look at the torque curve of each engine that I posted in the other thread. BMW holds the boost curve higher on the X5M plus added boost.

onfireX5 Drive the Racechip for a few miles it takes adaptation
But I know I raced on RaceChip stock vs Dinan stage1 on the 1/4 mile drag strip 5x back to back and won. But this is on the N20 engine. Not many have it on the N63TU unfortunately

A fellow forum member tested RC (his primary and longest one) on his N63TU and then BMS Stage1, but the drivability and power delivery was totally different. To summarize he went back with Racechip

Currently there seems to be an issue with the RaceChip Ultimate for the N63tu motor.
I am still in the talk with RaceChip to find the solution, so I couldn't report anything back but the BMS Stage 1 for N63tu motor gives -/+ 30 whp and -/+ 5 lbs/ft torque gain.
