I'm more interested in what kind if brake calipers are under these wheels... First one looks like a fixed six piston, second looks like a fixed four piston, and third looks like a floating?

Style 375 wheel apply to both E70 and F15?
Option 3 looks very similar to current Performance Wheel Style 375, just wonder if they are the same which can apply to both E70 and F15, or they just look simlar but with different mount....

I like the design of the wheels, but man, those have to be terrible to keep clean. I had a heck of a time keeping the wheels on the M3 clean, having to get into every groove, etc.

I like the one in the middle, the others are too angular for me.

Absolutely none of them. BMW's rims are too heavy for the X5. I would put the money into a nice set of HRE's and cut the rotational mass.

My thoughts exactly. I love the 3rd, like the 1st, but the 2nd is too "car like". Cleaning the 3rd option would be a challenge at best.

The 1st ones look the best, the 3rd ones look second best, and the 2nd one looks like it belongs on a 3-Series.
The 3rd wheel would look really good with a black background accent like the 1st and second wheel. But overall, they look great! |

These are old rims for M Performance.
Can I assume that the E70 rims could be used on the F15 given they would have the same "offset" as the old M performance rims could be used on the new F15... For example:20" Y Spoke 214 in Black would be a kick butt type of rims to on F15....214 is from E70 series..... |

They will fit but it is not recommended because of different type of tire pressure sensor. You might not get info on low tire pressure.

Hello Nick,
I only have a partial photo of when I went to the field with my wife's X3 35i and a photo of the "road" conditions when everything gets wet... Car doesn't actually get very dirty as one has to drive quite slowly and carefully, as the tires tend to follow marks on the ground and steering inputs have to be given very gradually in order not to loose directionality (tires just become a big ball of mud). Traction is not a very big issue, the problem is steering I'm attaching also a few photos of the plantation, as per your request. Moderators, sorry for going Out of Topik....) Take care, Alessandro |

Just want to add that: Being told by BMW.... Nowadays does not need the TPMS to sense the flat tires. Their computer is able to detect that. Therefore, there is no need to install the TPMS now. Thanks! Last edited by penny_hardaway; 09-27-2013 at 02:27 AM.. Reason: additional information input |
