March Incentives & Lease Rates & PIA

Hi,

Does anyone have the latest incentives and lease rates on the X5 for March? Edmunds lists a $1000 Loyalty Incentive and $2000 lease cash, but I dont see the Loyalty incentive listed on BMW USA

Also, is it possible to get the BMW Accessory 21inch wheels added as a Port Installed Accessory from the Factory so it shows up on the sticker and can be residualed with a lease on the car? Thx
