What Tune are you running

Doesn't seem a lot of people are running full tunes for various reason. For those that are please let me know what you have been using

thinking Bootmod BM3 as i have it on my m4 and shop is a dealer. makes sense but haven't seen any post of anyone having the same tune.

if you do have a BM3 can you please chime in and any other tune and your feedback

I installed the BMS/jb4 stage 1. Drives like stock, my butt dyno feels faster. I feel more boost throughout the range except when it shifts, seems the boost drops (probably to protect the drivetrain).

RaceChip. Set on D. Vbox verified 0-100mph ET reduction of 0.80 seconds. Nice upgrade. Ben at RGSPORT has them.

In my honest opinion the vehicle in stock form is more adequate for an SUV... excuse me SAV... however the DINAN tune is by far one of the best compliments to the vehicle in terms of drivability, performance and dealership compliance.

Different views of adequate. I am running race chip and it’s been good for the time being but looking to transform the car. Ran race chip on my m4 and went to full tune. Not even an comparison.

Full tunes come with a slew of other posssible issues. Got to be ready to pay to play

Not sure how much traction would be lost with the all wheel drive and huge sticky tires but that’s an awesome sign of power. I don’t race or launch. Just on that constant search for more power to keep my excited

That's nice Shanegls72 !!!
Sounds like something is restricting your exhaust gas though.
Do you have catless downpipe? No resonator? Less restricting muffler?

Map 7 on JB4 set up to run racing gas. I had about 5 gallons of 93 octane and 10 gallons of 109 octane other than that all stock.

Definitely feel some throttle modulation protecting drive train on this car even in stock form during WOT.

It robs you of fun compared to the DCT in the M3.

That’s nice BIG power. 27ish psi ? I would keep an eye on the factory wideband at those power levels to ensure it’s still in the 11’s

From BMS :

“Map 2: 22psi peak absolute. BCM required. In some cases we've found this map maxes out the factory fuel trims. In those cases only map1 or map3 can be used without meth injection. “

If Terry found the trims maxed out at 22psi on some s63tu’s , I would definitely log at 25psi
