MPE crooked?

Okay, so I got the MPE installed last week and I noticed that the left exhaust is a little crooked.

Anyone have ideas on how to straighten it out? I think these finishers are welded maybe?

Go under there and loosen the bolt that holds it to the muffler and adjust to your liking.

Make sure to put a microfiber between the finisher and your bumpers paint so it doesn?t scratch up that area if you drop it.

Man, I have been having the same problem.. They are clamped to the muffler, so you can adjust by loosen the clamp. I just can't seem to place them right. By right I mean the same as factory.

I don't know where you installed them? but my muffler shop wanted to hammer the muffler to make adjustment, Which I told him not to do. Its wired that those OEM parts are off like that!

Most welcome. Do let us know if you were able to correct the tips. After pics would be sweet!

Yup will do. Probably won't be until tomorrow though (too much work today).

Okay, I took a look but I don't see any clips that can be adjusted. The finishers look like they welded.

Oops here's the pictures.

Again, I'm looking to turn the finisher slightly clockwise. I don't need to adjust it up or down.

Any ideas?

those are the tips welded on, you have to go farther back where the pipes are connected to your muffler - those are clamped on

Ah gotcha! I saw that but thought that would only adjust it up and down.

I'll try it in the morning and let you guys know.

Thanks!!
