255/45/19 vs 275/35/315 Tyres

hello. Below is the fuel summary between size.

19 wheels 255/45/19 = 11L/100KM

20 wheels Front 275/40/20; Rear 315/35/20 = 19L/100KM.

I could not imagine i had above result.

What brand/model tires you had in 19 and now on 20? What rims? Need specs. My non run-flat 275/315 setup on 20 inch rims is actually lighter than stock 19 inch 255 run-flats Weight does affect, but not that dramatically.
Besides weight - width is different too, but I don't think just width of tires can increase fuel consumption from 11 to 19 l/100km (that's 21MPG to 12MPG) - no way
