Thanks @Opasha, I just find it hard to get a decent flash and looking at the headlamps against a wall the flashing is a movement of some mechanism, mirror or shutter, inside the headlamp itself rather than another bulb lighting as is normal. The speed of the movement of the machanism is slower than the speed that electricity can turn a bulb on and off again.

Maybe this is a difference in the mechanisms from US to UK, with US not having Anti Dazzle HBA etc., or do you have it on yours?

Have you seen the free app from Tokenmaster I think it was that allowed you to open a saved cafd file offline and had google translation capabilities built in so no more translating individual options names or descriptions.

It displayed the options in a better format than E-SYS and I think it even allowed side by side comparisons.

I'll see if I can find it or the link to it if you are interested.

My Bi-Xenon package has neither Anti-Dazzle nor HBA, so I'm not sure what differences there are...I know after confirming with @skalberti that European and US headlights are pretty different, unfortunately so we can't code things the same way. I'll try to make a video of my high beam tonight for you so you can see how it is. I do have my FOG lights on always and coded to be on with High Beams. I don't really see how that would matter at all, but just letting you know .

Nice. Same ones or different? So you drove on the track with your 20" OEM setup?
Same one, got it refinished the same color.
Of course I tracked with the 20" OEM, hehe. The 22" tires is all season tires.

Nice . Haha, I figured. 22" on a track with all seasons would have been incredibly BRAVE to say the least .

@opasha ... so finally did test these out and the results that I found.

HU_NBT --> 3003 TELEFON_TELEMATIK_ONLINE

PIM_ACCEPT_CAL_EVENT --> default: nicht_aktiv --> change to aktiv
Comment = accepting and declining of calendar supported
Didn't receive calendar invitation in the iDrive. Need to test more.

PIM_EXCHANGE_SUPPORT --> default: nicht_aktiv --> change to aktiv
Comment = access to PIM data via MS Exchange WebServices supported
not sure how to make it work

PIM_NEW_ELEMENT_TEXT_NOTE --> default: nicht_aktiv --> change to aktiv
Comment = Create and synchronize new text note
gave option to create text note. but requires nuance subscription for dictation

IHKA --> 3000

OFF_MEMORY --> default : nicht_aktiv --> change to aktiv
Comment = Keeps AC turned off/on while starting if it is off/on when stopped.
worked perfectly. i prefer to turn off the AC every time, because I feel like AC puts a huge load on the car and doesn't feel safe when it comes up with the car

Thanks for the update. I was actually looking at that exact AC code the other day and was considering to try it. Seems like a good idea to me . However, I thought the last AC option was remembered? My car seems to remember it when I do either on/off.

@Hang0ver While you are trying codes, if you have time please play with this for a while:

HU_NBT CONTACT_BOOK_PICTURE aktiv
HU_NBT CONTACTS_ICON aktiv

Not working yet, per German forums, but it is supposed to display phone directory pictures for incoming calls. Could be other commands that are missing, or the phone/OS complicating it. But it is there.....it was meant to do something.

Also, since Sport+ was enabled via coding for F30 (thread) do you think Active Steering could be coded? Sport+ is an option offered for over variant, including 25d, as an option (I think 250-350 EUR). Active Steering costs more, so there could be hardware and controller units involved.

Seems like it works on our F15 taken from this thread http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho....php?t=754060:

Bigdeal212: "I coded this on my F15 Oct build. It actually works, I will post a screen grab later today.

Are you sure that it remembers? Because it starts by default for me.

Yeah, it seems so - I usually have mine always on setting one 60-65 degrees and it will turn on to this setting. When I turn it completely off and come back to start the car it's off - I always notice because this is what I first notice/turn off when I do coding in AC ON mode

I coded 6NS previously and had iPhone. It didn't display the contact pictures. Today I tried with android phone, I got the picture.

I will check what I have for these 2 tomorrow.

Sounds like a candidate for the coding cheat sheet / list. with the caveat: Android only as of ___.

As of right now, it does not work due to Euro headlights having different hardware, unfortunately.

Ok, I am looking for someone who can code my F15 and my F10 locally here in Stuttgart Germany. I am willing to pay for the work, just do not want to do any of the work myself.

Thanks.
