i would drop off both keys to SA, tell him they can keep the car.
When the survey comes you will rate him poor service.
This will put pressure on the SA to get it resolve or have BMW engineer
inspect your car.

i had similar situation with 08 3 series, sideview mirrors would tilt down while i was driving. I had to keep adjusting them all the time.

Update 9/26/2017

The car is fixed!

The BMW engineer supposedly took less than 30 minutes to fix the problem.
According to the SA, it was all done through programming only.

The extra surprise is that he made the steering heavier.
I like it much better.

I guess BMW feels that only corporate engineers are smart enough to have access to this type of programming.

I would like to thank everyone for their advices and input.

I completely agree, but I figure if the BMW engineer teaches the dealership techs, they may screw things up more or he might be out of a job.
