Just bought these rims for winter tires

Picked these up from eBay. The offset is +40 in front and +35 in the rear. I was looking into winter tires and read a lot about a "square setup" where all four tires are the same size. Since these rims are 21x10 front and 21x11 rear, will 285 tires fit?

Also since I don't fully understand offset, will I need spacers? I have the 21 inch stock 612 style rims on now with summer tires. Maybe use spacers year round.

Thanks!

To give you some specs for comparison:

36112349640 OEM front winter is 10x20x40ET with 285 40 20 tires.

36112349641 OEM rear winter is 10.5x20x32ET with 285 40 20 tires.

Looks like the wheels will bolt up without needing any spacers with the proper tire. The trick is finding that winter tire.

This week. I'll post up some pics when it's on. I ended up buying the new Yokohama winter tires as well.
