F15 X5 ride better than F10 5-series?

For those of you who have driven or upgraded from an F10 5-series with M-Sports on 19" rims, compared to an F15 X5 on base suspension with 20" rims. Which one do you find has a better ride quality?

Our '15 35d with DHP actually feels as good, if not better, than our '13 550i Msport.
Will always spec the DHP package in future vehicles.

Like the question. Think I prefer the F15, but still haven't driven it on summers for a sustained period.

This may be like comparing apples to oranges.

We have a 2015 528 xdrive and I had an F10 m5 and so far my 17 M sport riding on 19s and standard suspension seems more compliant and pleasant over bumps. Granted the M5 is a more taught sporty ride, for comfort the X5 is impressive and very enjoyable I must say. Great place to spend time

How do you define ride quality? It is kind of subjective and depends on for what you are looking.

I have '16 F15 xdrive40e M-sport on 19" (2T6) & '16 F10 535 Msport on 19" (2ND). Both have 456 Multi-Contour and X5 also has vented seats.

The X5 has the advantage of being higher up for visibility, but is also softer ride. It also gets great gas mileage. If you want better handling, you want DHP or upgrade to X5M or X6M.

The F10 has better acceleration and sportier drive. Both are very comfortable and have great transport capabilities. I had a '13 Pre-LCI F10 and the improved sports suspension is a nice upgrade. I am looking forward to the G30.

I had F10, F06, F15 and drove other BMW's.
The one and only complaint on the F10 that I can confirmed on, is the rippling or oscillating suspension. I can't stand it at all.
While my F15 was standard suspension, and it does have much better ride quality than the F10.
The best comfort suspension from BMW that I ever drove are the 6 and 7 series, also X5 with self leveling or DHP.
