I dig that side skirt extension. Now it completes the look of the front lip.

How is the quality/fitment of the RW side skirt pieces? Any pics from the side profile and up close? Worried my wife would just kick and crack it if i had it.

Alan
fitment is excellent. they only protrude about 1" past the furthest point of the oem sideskirt but ill post more pics soon

The sideskirts complete the look! I like how nice and clean and subtle they are.

Thanks for the pics. They do look fabulous and completes the look.

Two questions

Are they 3 dimensional or is the whole thing just a single sided paper thin layer of CF? I want to make sure it can handle an accidental kick from my wife or kids.

Also I understand you need to drill 8 holes per side. Will the holes be visible once you remove the carbon skirt piece? If its under and more recessed towards the middle of the car I wouldn't care since nobody could see it unless the car is on the lift but if the holes are drilled more outward the holes could be visible once the part is removed that would be a problem for me.

That side skirt is so sexy. Compared to the decal, which I would say is the weakest of the M performance accessories

Where did you get the side skirt from again?

Its a 3d skirt not just a flat piece. Yes you screws it onto your OEM sideskirt. The screws are further back at the edge and are not visible. If you were to remove the skirt the only way to see any holes would be on a hoist.

Thanks dubs.

Looks like i might have to place my order soon.

Now that your M3 is complete and X5 as well i think you might need another car to mod to satisfy the urge lol.

I'm enjoying my m3 for the time being. Fantastic car with tons of power. Next I'll be in a 2 seater again after kids are older

If you don't mind, please let me know who your POC is for a set of wheels like this. I want to run my current "dated" wheels as a winter set up, so something similar to what you're running would like great my my X6 during nicer weather.

Thanks in advance.
