Changing the battery of the remote for the auxiliary heating

Hi,

Has anyone changed the battery of the remote for the auxiliary heating?
Do you have to go to the dealer for that?

I have had mine now for 30 months and its still good - haven't had to do it yet.
Have you called your dealer's service/part dept?
