MF can be all over the place depending on your credit, dealer trying to make some coin, MSDs, lease term, etc. Probably around .00125 or ~3%. MF is something that can be negotiable along with the Cap Cost or Selling Price.

Base MF for Jan is .00134, but can be marked-up by the dealer to .00174 (max of .0004). This is negotiable and some dealers wont sell with the base MF, others will...

Most people say to look at the overall deal (sales price, mf, doc fee, etc) when determining if they want to fight the mark-up or meet in the middle. Personally, I wont do a deal with a dealer that marks up the MF and refuses to come back to the base MF.
