Driver's side wind noise

I have noticed more wind noise from the driver's side window around the top edge than I hear on the passenger side. I haven't yet really carefully compared the two under the same conditions, so I can correct for outside wind direction. I detect no imperfection around the window seal. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, have you had the dealer attempt to address it with any success?

Supposedly it is due to thinner glass. I did complained twice and they told me that it was tire noise. I just can't stand dealing with stupid people, so the solution is, keep your audio playing while driving.
Otherwise you will start killing yourself with that wind noise.

I'll be honest I have not experienced any wind or tire noise yet. Maybe after I get a few thousand it will start but so far none.

Don't know what tire you have but on my old (gone) X5, I had Bridgestone RF and they made a lot of noise. Never had Pirelli before and they are quiet...IDK. Just have to wait and see!

Wind noise

My 2014 x5 was delivered to me 7 days ago and I noticed the same wind noise from the drivers door right away. I assume it's a bad seal. Will have to take it to dealer for repair. I also live in Michigan. Other than that the vehicle is great.

wind noise issue

I can't get mine back to dealer for a few weeks, so would be interested in hearing what folks hear from dealer when they take theirs in.
