469M or 451 Y Rims for X5 M sport? Which one looks more aggressive? 469 M

Just ordered X5 M Sport with 19" wheels and found that the rims look too small. And I am now in the market looking for 20" rims. Which one looks better for X5 M Sport, 469M or 451 Y Spoke Rims? My goal is - I need the car to look more aggressive, strong and muscle. Would like to hear your opinion.

I went for the 451 as I thought the 469 looked a little lost in pics I'd seen. I think this might be because the 451 is a little busier in it's design. Pics on my " Arrival" thread.

Both look great and would achieve what you want. I would suggest finding some to see in person, as IMO, both look much better in person than pictures.

451 Ys look a lot better in person. Decided on it after I saw it in person.

Just ordered these. The company/seller has a lot of BMW style wheels at a much cheaper price.

Special ordered 451s for my 2015 50i M-Sport, instead of the 469s.
Seems like they feel the wheel well better.
Disappointed to find they are not an option on M Sport in 2014, and apparantly aren't offered at all for 2015.

WOW those are cheap. The full tire/wheel package that they have is less than the cost of a single OEM rim (and lot less than a full set of tires). Let us know how you like them, that seems almost too good to be true, but, at the same time, rims should NOT cost thousands of dollars, so, I can see how it's possible that they could do it at this price.

Very encouraging, thanks for sharing!

The eBay posting has them listed at $2,050 which is for the wheels, tires, BMW logos and shipping. They offered the TPMs as a $300 upgrade but I got them to do $200. So I ended up paying a total of $2,250. Local shop slapped them on the car for $20 (seems really cheap).

They look amazing (if you like the blacked out look like I do) and ride really well. These Toyo Proxes II tires have great ratings and I can confirm they are worth the extra money. I worked with Ray at Wheel Tech Tuning who was quick to respond to emails and answered any questions I had. Will definitely order from them again.

Looks great, but at $2250 why not just click that 451/469m option for only $950 as you build out your car?

For that money I think you can easily go for Opasha's $1600 22's 310M replicas or at least 21''.

As for this post, I too, prefer the 451 style. It just looks more muscular for me. If I can find 21 599m for $3500 I will definitely go for that and sell my stock 451!

I would have had to add an upgraded line then the 950 option and still not have had exactly what I wanted. Now the stock wheels will be used as winter ones.
