Blackbox IROAD V9

All, my friend just got a deal for IROAD V9 English Version. I am currently living in South Korea and wanted to let the forum members know that I can purchase them for $250 plus shipping using USPS. Do some research and let me know if you are interested (PM me). Amazon has them listed for $419 and Ebay has them for various prices but not cheaper than above. Also, it is 32G.

Thanks.

That is a great deal but it only come in 16GB memory. This records in Full HD and 16GB is not recommended. Great price though.

BTW, Thinkware is the same company as INAVI in South Korea. I have the QXD900 and the model above F750 is already out in South Korea. Not much difference but this blackbox cost around $400 here. The IROAD V9 is a great product for the price. It connects to your smartphone, which is the best feature and wish I knew about this product beforehand. I hate going around my mirror to look at videos....very annoying.

nameisjae1 I am interested, but after some reading on the manual, it stated that the Wifi is not built-in and it is optional.
Could you ask them to include the Wifi dongle for the same price?

The camera has a plug in wifi module. The one for sale in Canada includes the wifi module. It's an option.

I believe gps is an option too.

This may be a stupid question but why are front and rear cameras for cars so important to you all? Security? Evidence in case of a crash? None of my car friends here in Seattle have these. Is this more important in certain countries?

It's quite common, at least recently, although waning a bit, that people would trick you into an accident then blackmail you for $. They would do this by cutting you off and slamming on their brakes. Or disconnecting their brakes with a switch and slamming on their brakes. So the camera is good evidence.

One of many uses.

Hi r33_RGSport , is there any reason you want to switch from Blackvue to this iRoad v9?

r33_RGSport wifi dongle is included. Another friend just bought another one for his vehicle. The convenience of watching videos from your smartphone is a must in my opinion. Let me know Ben.
