All, the GPS is $18 here in Korea. You might as well buy it on Amazon Prime with free shipping. The Korean IROAD site just posted that Korean version of this will not work with US SPEC application (forcing customers to buy the $420-$520 English version). The wifi is disabled. The guy that I buy from said once he runs out of current stock, he will no longer be able to get us this deal. Let me know if you guys are interested.

Do you know if there is any specific gps dongle that we need in order to work with the iRoad? Or any generic one will do?

No specific GPS dongle needed. From what I know, all dashcam from Korea uses the same

sorry didn't get a chance for the install pics but i can tell you it was pretty easy and 99% of the wire is hidden. I didn't even take apart any of the pillars. Right now I'm waiting on fuse taps and panel removal tool i ordered (for the trunk panel) and once I receive I can complete the install. Hopefully everything powers up and works correctly once I'm done! I'll take pics of the mounted cameras hopefully today or tomorrow

Front cam is definitely bigger than F750 and Blackvue.

I went back and forth with Jeff at lockdown and he is about to submit another order for these cameras around the same price.

Any feedback versus blackvue or thinkware would be appreciated before I pull the trigger. The price point is good but want to make sure that it is a good camera.

Just got mine installed couple days ago.
I had to hack the front facing LED indicator since it is too bright and really catchy.
It is like saying, "hey, I am recording you, you do something to the car and it will be recorded".
So I tear open the front camera and removed 2 out of 3 of the front LED indicator. Much2 better.
I will post a picture on them later.

Overall pretty good, except these:

- Wifi SSID/password can't be changed
- Front camera indicator is too much which I think it will lure people to do something to your car (so I hacked it by taking it apart and remove 2 out of 3 LED indicator)
- Built-in power controller feature is not as good as power magic pro, because of its limitation on the voltage and I have been having warning on fast drain battery after overnight parking. (still trying to look into it, hopefully I can get it resolved).

So compared to the blackvue you would say inferior? Would you buy the blackvue over iRoad so far.

I would say yes if you are not in the budget.

Here are some pics of it installed... The rear pic sucks but i didn't feel like climbing into the trunk to take a pic. As far as the front facing LED the light was so bright blue that I was afraid I would get pulled over impersonating a emergency vehicle but I figured out how to turn it off via the software so it was no big deal. The rear blue light is annoying and I can't figure out a way to turn that off so I will prob put a piece of tape over it eventually

For those who have the camera now would you prefer the iRoad or prefer to spend the extra $75 on the Blackvue?

Thanks.
