My X5 did not come with these. Found a mint set for $40 shipped from eBay. Don't smoke or have anybody smoke in my cars but that cheap plastic in there is just sad in a vehicle of this caliber.
Anybody know a DIY or procedure to remove the plastic cover that is there?

From what I remember replacing a piece of door trim, it just pops off. Use a trim tool to lever it out from the bottom corner.

I did this in my outgoing X5. It makes a subtle difference. I'm sure you'll love it too.
