Easiest way is to build it out at the dealership and ask them for a copy of the build sheet ;p

Several online sites will tell you invoice pricing (e.g. cars.com, edmunds etc), or take 6% off MSRP (as a guideline.... sometimes a little closer to 7%)

I got 8% off on my custom build. Also being a multi-repeat customer helps.

If you're a Costco member, you can try using Costco auto as well. Edmunds and truecar also will give you "invoice" pricing, but the pricing of the options can vary a little. Like others have said, the general rule of thumb is MSRP minus 7%.

Truecar also provides "invoice" pricing.

+1 @ TrueCar to get invoice price. Also, TrueCar does a good job of providing data of average price paid for that car model in your zip code area. I will also advise that you get quotes from multiple dealers. If you have a favourite dealer, get a quote from an aggressive dealer that sells a lot of BMWs monthly/quarterly. They are usually more motivated to offer good discounts because they are probably trying to hit a volume target for their back-end rebates to kick in.
Then ask your favourite dealer to price match or beat the aggressive offer.
This works most of the time, even with custom builds. All the best and let us know how it goes.
