I had been scammed by other user resale his Bootmood3 license. Please pay attention!!

That is a little complicated situation but I want to share with all the bimmerpost users. The situation is the guy who user ID is "Hoobawhat?"selling his BM3 license on bimmerpost forum send me private message. So we got the deal. I send my email address and car vin number to him. I received two email showing the license is completed transfer. After that I paid to the guys money. But I can't active my car so I contacted PTF support team by email and send all the email I got. They comfirm that I had been scammed. I want all the user need to pay attention on do private sale!!!

I've seen this happen a number of times now. PTF should really create a better facilitation for this if they want it to be a feature of their product. It's rife with scammers
