That's frankly a little insane. Which dealer? I can probably hook you up.

What they're quoting is pretty much what BMW dictates to them through the ASAP portal.

The CF parts are actually relatively easy. The front and rear pieces have plastic guides that re-use existing screw holes in the lower fascias. It basically makes it impossible to screw up. Add some betalink and you're done. The side flaps (I think I'm the only person who has these) require some drilling, but again a template is included.

The roof spoiler might be the trickiest bit, but with the help of another person - it's quick.

Anyways - I'd push back on that, if you want to go the dealer route.

Niello of Elk Grove. I told them that was way too much for install and they came down $10/hour. I told them that was a joke. My CA said he would talk to the service department tomorrow, but it doesn't sound like they're willing to help me out at all.

It does fit.
The F15 X5 / F16 X6 MPBK is actually the E70 X5M / E71 X6M stock brakes.
And Stock F15 X5 / F16 X6 brakes is actually E70 X5 / E71 X6 brakes.

What about the "reprogramming" that folks are getting done when these brakes are installed. Will the flash they do for F15s work for E70s?

I know for the MPBK on F30s they reflash/reprogram some settings for the additional size.

@PabloK , I don't think there is a coding for the E70 since there is no brake upgrade kit for it.
You can get by without the coding, since some E70 owners ran Brembo also and no coding required.
Even my F15 with Brembo, didn't require any coding.
